Raffle rules for the Oil Barons Dream Home

Raffle 2026

1. Only 275 sets of 40 for $750, 1650 sets of 15 for $450, 2800 sets of 6 for $250 packs, 4500 sets of 2 for $100, 200 at $75 single tickets available. Total tickets sold are 61,750. The NAAA has the right to move tickets around to other packages but cannot sell more than 61,750 tickets as per AGLC rules.
2. People must be 18 years of age to purchase a ticket. All sellers will advise adult purchasers not to write the name of a person under the age of 18 on the ticket due to requirements of the Public Trustee Act. if it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void, and the purchaser is refunded
3. Directors of the Northern Alberta Athletic Association are not eligible to participate in the winnings of the raffle on The Oil Baron Dream Home Raffle 2026.
4. Ticket sales are restricted to within Alberta. Persons visiting from outside of province may purchase a ticket if the entire transaction of payment and receipt of ticket occurs while the person is in Alberta.
5. The winning raffle numbers for all draws will be selected via RNG (random number generator). The draw does not have to be conducted live on any social media platforms. The draw will be conducted in accordance with all AGLC rules.
6. All methods of purchase may not always be available. If the system experiences any technical difficulties or other issues that corrupt the administration, security, or fairness of the raffle, the NAAA reserves the right to cancel or suspend the raffle. In such cases, the NAAA may conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the issue.
7. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Ticket purchasers will receive a receipt via email listing all ticket numbers. Double-check your credit card statement before repurchasing.
8. Confirmation emails may take several hours. Purchasers must enter their email address correctly and check spam/junk folders. NAAA is not responsible for duplicate purchases due to incorrect emails.
9. The NAAA may amend, cancel, or revoke the raffle with AGLC approval.
10. No transfer of tickets. No name changes will be permitted after ticket processing.
11. Raffle Ticket Manager (Shannon Nash), their employees, and immediate family members are not eligible to receive prizes.
12. If 50,000 tickets are sold by March 1, 2026, no extension will be applied. NAAA may extend the cut-off date if approved by AGLC.
13. If tickets sell out early, NAAA will request an earlier draw date from AGLC.
14. Winning tickets from Cash for Christmas and New Year New Money will be returned to the draw.
15. Main draw prizes awarded in order of ticket draw. Tickets are not re-entered.
16. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives.
17. The house is a new build; other prizes are cash.
18. Unclaimed prizes after three months will be liquidated and proceeds donated with AGLC approval.
19. No refunds for any tickets after purchase.
20. Tickets issued in series: A (single), B (2-pack), C (6-pack), D (15-pack), E (40-pack).
21. Ticket packs cannot be split into different names.
22. Only paid and verified tickets are eligible.
23. Tickets will be emailed or mailed (if no email). Ticket numbers will be listed.
24. All draws are videotaped and conducted under AGLC rules, audited by MNP, and witnessed by two NAAA officers.
25. The licensee’s liability is limited to the ticket purchase price in case of system failure.
26. The draw will be conducted by someone from MNP with no ticket interest.
27. Winners will be published on www.fortmcmurrayoilbarons.ca and www.oilbaronsdreamhome.ca.
28. Tickets may be purchased at the Dream Home, the Oil Barons Office, by phone, or online.
29. Physical purchases require a receipt and are processed via Nexus. Tickets are emailed or mailed.
30. Online purchases require completion of a form. Tickets are emailed or mailed.
31. Phone purchases are entered by the agent via the website. Tickets are emailed or mailed.

• Cut-off Date: March 30, 2026
• Draw Date & Time: April 2, 2026 at approx. 11:00 AM
• Broadcast: Live on Play 103.7
• Location: Play 103.7, Suite 211, 108 Riverstone Ridge, Fort McMurray, Alberta

1. Grand Prize: Dream Home (valued at $1,065,008.14)
2. 2nd Prize: $20,000 cash
3. 3rd Prize: $15,000 cash
4. 4th Prize: $10,000 cash
5. 5th Prize: $5,000 cash
6. 6th Prize: $1,000 cash
7. 7th Prize: $1,000 cash
8. 8th Prize: $1,000 cash
9. 9th Prize: $1,000 cash
10. 10th Prize: $1,000 cash

 

 

32. Grand Prize Home will be transferred after the draw. No entry into the home before that time. Transfer may take 4–8 weeks.
33. If a winning ticket lists more than one name, the prize will be awarded to any of the listed individuals. The NAAA and AGLC are not responsible for resolving disputes.
34. Prize pickup or delivery costs are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are distributed from Fort McMurray suppliers.
35. Alberta Home Warranty is provided. The Dream Home is as-is at the time of the draw.
36. All prize values include GST. Real estate values are based on purchase date, not draw date. Winners are not entitled to differences due to market fluctuations.
